We'd love to talk to you if you are:

  • an artisan speciality confectioner wishing to sell to us

We're very specialised, making and selling handmade chocolates in our shop in Stow. There are lots of other things we're sometimes invited to do, but we like to stick to what we're good at.

We've posted a list of the most common enquiries below.

  • We no longer offer wholesale and have no plans to.
  • We no longer take bespoke commissions (including wedding favours) or make cakes. Google will help you.
  • We do not offer classes or demonstrations. Google will help you.
  • We cannot offer advice via email on setting up in business, training to become a chocolatier etc. We wish you well! Young people with an interest in learning more about retail or food production are very welcome to call in to see us and we will do all we can to share our experience with you.
  • We prioritise requests for charitable donations based on causes close to our heart (activities for young people, support for older people, benevolent funds for those injured in public service) and that have a measurable impact in our community. If you're approaching us you should state your fundaising aims and how we can help.
  • Our opening hours vary and you should always phone ahead if travelling a long distance.
  • We do not offer work experience other than for third year confectionery / pastry students. Applications for employment should always be made via CV.
  • We only offer mail order on those products featured on the website. Sorry.
  • We do not advertise, provide sponsorship or donate our handmade chocolates for commercial purposes (eg fashion or art shows, PR launches). Please do not approach us about advertising. We will say no.
